Easy, fast and very delicious cake. Goes well with a cup of coffee or tea.

- Cream soft room temperature butter with sugar.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and mix.
- Pour in yogurt and mix everything very well.
- Mix flour with baking powder and gently mix into the batter.
- Skinless apples and pears desseed and slice thinly. Add to the batter.
- Pour ready batter into the buttered baking tray and bake about 30-40 minutes. Check if the cake is ready with a wooden toothpick or bamboo skewer.
- Sprinkle with some icing sugar if desired.
