Soft and delicious homemade bread with healthy pumpkin seeds.
4 medium flat breads:

- In a mixer bowl mix together all flour, yeast, salt, sugar and seeds.
- Add oil and warm water.
- Attach the dough hook and knead everything for about 5 minutes until the dough is well combined and smooth.
- Take out the dough and knead on the lightly floured table for a few minutes.
- Divide to 4 equal pieces, make them round, cover with a clean towel and leave for 5-10 minutes to rest.
- Flatten them and put on a baking sheet. Cover once again and leave to rise for an hour until doubled in twice.
- Heat the oven to 205C/401F/Gas5.
- Prick every bread with fork few times just before placing into hot oven and bake for 30 minutes till nicely brown.
- Take put of the oven and leave to cool.
